Buying/Selling KYC products

Google Ads, Bing ads
For individual accounts, they are.

However, this is not the case for agency accounts.

In my case, I just sign a contract with the agency and then I provide them with email and domain name and they create the account.

And the account is verified.

Unlike a personal account, this kind of account is verified by an agent.

Instead of being verified by a personal ID or something like that.

If you can provide proof in the form of a link from Trustpilot I would appreciate that.

This is for verified accounts only.

Unverified accounts are made with Gmail and a card, nothing else.

So that appears to be verified accounts only. No KYC is required for unverified accounts.

You all are great in helping out and I appreciate it.

I agree with this i have 3 google ads account and google constantly spams me to get verified.
But what if someone is selling verified account?
and
What if some one sells agency account, are they KYCed?

This is an important read, I not managed to find WHERE in the EU law the actual quotes of what they say come from, but I'm not sure if this firm is actually saying in regards to KYC, traders must collect, a lot of valid details upfront too. There is a bit worth reading about the providers of online marketplaces at the bottom.

Thanks for looking at this @BassTrackerBoats It looks like there are many big changes in this sphere, and you are showing leadership in helping us understand if and how this affects who or what. It is helpful.

yes personal account doesn't need to fullfill that requirement. Agency account which almost all seller selling here need to fulfil kyc

do you think account using here for bhw ads are unverified account?

all are verified account and kyc done

Advertiser verification is required for more and more accounts, it's unrealistic to expect an account to be immune from needing to do that.

Being required to be verified on google ads is entirely dependent on the trust Google puts on your account. As with anything, it takes skill to NOT have to verify an account. To outsiders, yes, it may seem impossible,

You probably have not seen my sales thread.

It's a shame, BHW was a good catalog of providers of verified accounts
But I can understand this decision

No KYC at all. When you get an account, you will see it as UNVERIFIED. Once again, only verified accounts require KYC.
Don't tell me bank cards come without kyc

I must say that it has been a very long time since a lounge thread made me so excited.

I've been running Google Ads campaigns for more than 12 years non stop. I'm pretty far from being an "outsider".

Yes I've seen your posts around, that's why I'm kinda surprised that response came from you.

I wonder if it's because I know what I'm talking about.

I can name drop client names that are almost household names, having the highest tiers of support and whatnot. Some required advertiser verification and some haven't.

Well then in that case verified Trustpilot review should not be allowed as well since all verified Trustpilot profiles are selfie and ID verified
Trustpilot verified reviews: allows as they dont need ID verified

Trustpilot reviews from verified account, not allowed as they need id verified

right? @BassTrackerBoats

Not sure if this was the intention, but removing anything that requires KYC is going to nuke a lot more than just financial accounts if you guys plan to really enforce it. There's so much stuff that requires KYC now its wild. I think I saw someone say that they had to KYC for an Xvidoes account. Hell even Facebook requires it now sometimes and there's even some goofs selling proxies that want it now. The proxy one is pretty amazing since they're infecting unknowing people with SDK's built into apps and then turning around and saying they want to keep their business "clean" and that's why you need to KYC... Lol.

This seems like it's going to be a nightmare to enforce the more I think about it. Lol. So just as an example/question, people can sell unverified accounts on a service that don't require KYC but any verified account or any other kind of account that requires KYC on the same* service is off limits? Seems like that's just going to lead to a lot confusion and/or low quality accounts being sold now.
