Notice below how the threshold has also been raised to €500 after just couple payments. Did I mention that these accounts are postpaid? Means you first run €500 worth of ads and you pay for them after.

So basically you are selling a non verified Google ads account which is almost 1-4 months old. And on top of that we have to pay €50 with our own card to get €200 threshold. And you are selling those accounts for $275? I mean I'm lost here, what value you are exactly providing? Nowadays people can buy a fully verified ads account with that money. Or rent an legit agency account.

Since it seems you just skimmed through my copy as opposed to actually reading it paying attention to detail, I strongly advise you to do exactly that, rent another "legit" account.

The accounts are postpaid. This means you first get a threshold to run ads for and you pay after that threshold is exhausted. After the first €50 threshold, this increases to €200 and after couple payments it increases to €500 as you see on the second image. If playing the threshold interests you, then theoretically you can run €500 of ads at that point for which you do not pay prior.

If you know anything about Google Ads accounts the age and warmup of the Gmail running on the same browser fingerprint is all that matters. Not the ads account itself.

Residential proxy is required and as far the browser is concerned I recommend you check the guys at @Dolphin Team. Their product is solid and you can start for free. I am using them for my own profiles.

In regards to your second question, no, the location of your ads is irrelevant. I do provide some instructions to my clients how to run depending on what they advertise and where.
