Binance blocked, any tips?

Hey! I just got a warning from binance about funds being locked due to a transaction that I received being flagged and they asked for more clarification on it.

Any tips on how to speed up the process or what to do?

Is this true? Sorry I am not trying to judge you. If you know you didn’t do anything wrong and you were paid from a blacklisted wallet or something, do contact binance customer care.

I know they are hard to get hold of, but they will ultimately unblock your wallet 100%. Been using them for a few years now. Been in trouble more than once (but never for this exactly). Everytime, mailing them and explaining what exactly happened did the trick. It might take a while to get a solution though. Be patient.

Hey! Basically it was a sale of one of my products through crypto, sent them all the support of the entire conversation through crypto.
I'm waiting for a fiat withdrawal to be processed before contacting customer support because it was done before the block

hmmm so like a dispute? That’s a little harder to solve. Sorry I have never had to deal with a dispute in binance. My first logical step would be to be ready with every kind of proof possible. Best of luck with the dispute dude.

I added as additional information that I was willing to refund any blacklisted transaction, find it super odd that a 35$ transaction is able to block my entire wallet

hmmm fingers crossed for u man. They are very late to reply, but I am guessing you will get the acc back. Be prepared to wait for 60 days even. It took us 6 months to do our company kyc. Says something about their customer care lol.

Lol do you know of any alternative with fiat withdrawal?
Surprised about this to be honest with their fees and paying whatever they want when selling crypto to fiat it feels like they want people to be pushed to traditional banking

Our govt fcked us when it comes to crypto. So we switched to wise. Works absolutely fine for us with okaish fees (they have increased their fees as well lol. Shouldn’t have said good things about them.). Comes to the bank instantly.

If you are selling through a site, get a local bank gateway. Works very well.

Seems like I fall to the psyop of crypto being the counterweight to those massive evil banks, no bank has ever hold my money .

In my opinion if you face this type of problem you should try using VPN or check if in your area there is any type of regional restrictions for binance or contact Binance support for help.
