naah if they say is a flagged transaction they will take their time to give you a response and for more emails you sent that won't speed up the things, here is just patience in those cases, who know why they did it and even with a small amount $35 nad I could thing maybe the person that sent the $35 is who is in trouble not you because you are providing all the info they are asking.
