[Journey] Building audience in crypto niche

Hello guys, a quick introduction about me - I am Siddhant, a web developer from India and a frequent user of BHW

This journey is to build social media accounts related to crypto on mainly two social media platforms - X (formerly Twitter) and Reddit (by creating a subreddit).

I am not a professional and have almost no experience when it comes to growing an audience and that's why it's possible that this journey will most likely fail. But in case I do end up pulling it off, it will be a great inspiration for beginners and newbies

Here's my plan:
X - Create 2 posts daily of utmost quality
Subreddit - Learn how a subreddit really work and create a content strategy accordingly.

I will make weekly updates here.

Monetization?
Like most people, my goal of building an audience is also money (wasn't that obvious?). Crypto niche can be monetized easily so I will not think of monetization that much until I reach 1000 members/followers

Note: As I mentioned previously, I am a web developer and I have no experience or skills in growing audience. This is just an experimental project just to inspire newbies and beginners. So, do not think that something like this is impossible or difficult. Just take my journey as a learning to form your own path

A quick update

I have created the Twitter profile along with a good header and profile pic (using canva). The next step is to create a good content strategy that includes the right hashtags and a growth strategy. Things not looking that bad yet right? (Readers: But Sid, this is just the starting. Me: Starting is the most difficult part )

Thanks I already posted my first tweet and made a couple replies. X is my main focus. I haven't thought anything about Subreddit though

Time for an update

I know that it's been a little more than a week but I am here with an update In the past few days since I started, I have posted 18 times and replied to 103 posts. I have a list of top crypto related accounts and I try to reply to their latest post as soon as it goes live (at least that's the plan).

Some of my replies took off that way and got me more than 20k impressions (with one reaching almost 37k impressions). Currently standing at 68 followers.

Things are not looking that bad. I will keep everyone updated here. Have an amazing rest of the day guys
