You did not miss my emails. You are the expert of email sending and for you to say that you never received my gmail email proves you are either incompetent or a liar.
You gave me access to your labnify platform via chat but it's useless. I cannot bulk upload contacts to this list. I want you to finish setting it up for me on my sendy and vps which YOU recommended.
What you gave me is far too cumbersome and also an incomplete software you gave me access to. This is why I want sendy and vps combo.

btw mind sharing why you wanted Sendy and VPS? isnt the whole point of this system that its an integrated pre-warmed mailer? i.e. you shouldn't need Sendy and own VPS? Has your issue been satisfactorily resolved?

Do yourself a favor and avoid ordering. I got an SMTP server from this guy, which was supposed to be warmed up, but none of the emails are hitting the inbox. Even when I tested it with Gmass, every email ended up in the spam folder. Honestly, you'd have better chances of landing in the inbox if you start with a fresh SMTP.

Please read the first page of our BST again. The integrated mailer is not included in this thread and we do not provide Sendy or mailer. Our primary offering is SMTP.

The integrated mailer is not happening until some time in September 2024, although our website is updated to suit the anticipated changes.

The point is to abolish the need for an SMTP so that you will be able to send emails and upload contacts via your dashboard. API will also be available for this new development from Sept.

You have to understand that we are not the ESP. Yes the IP assigned to their account was in fact clean. But we are not the ESP algorithms, we are not the quality of the messages they sent via email, we are not the spam filters, we are not their domain name (fresh vs old), we are not their past sending history, we are not their email list and list quality.

thanks - is deliverability mainly affected by SMTP IP and domain reputation?
do you guarantee a clean IP for anyone who signs up?
Is the SMTP shared so if someone else is spamming can it affect my reputation?

You did not set up everything for me. You have uploaded sendy to my vps but the credentials you have provided do not send emails at all.

Have you checked your pm yet? I sent you the login details to access the new platform, add your domain name, upload your email list and send. Should take a few minutes to verify your domain. Then upload your email list, set up your campaign and hit send.

Unfortunately we do not use whatsapp or telegam.
I have sent you the User Guide for this developed dashboard which is easy-to-use pdf with graphical details of whatever you need, including uploading your contact in an email list and sending emails. I have also created an email list for your account (name: Primary List).
All you need to do now is simply upload your contact (csv file containing email address and maybe other columns) into this list, verify your domain, create a campaign and start sending emails.

For your information this new provision is an SMTP-integrated mailer, with richer and better features than the old panel.

What's new!

1. SMTP-Integrated Mailer and API
Listened to our customers, we have transitioned into an SMTP-Integrated mailer - that is, you have a 2-in-1 system (SMTP and mailer in one dashboard so you won't need all those pesky SMTP credentials and third-party mailers anymore. Simply send emails directly from your campaign manager and API). Yet you are still not charged for constant storage. Yes, good bye to the boring SMTP credentials, you are now able to send emails directly from our application or via API integration without paying for contact storage.

2. API upgrade: Need to send emails from your external app or custom script or mailer? You may want to integrate with our new API. We now have a new API documentation according to the new version of Labnify.

3. Automation (new)
In the new update, we have added a feature that lets you add and configure your automation as you wish. Add email triggers, set unlimited events like if x, then y.
