Best Payment Processors for High Chargeback Rates?

No card payment processors want to work with anyone with high percentage chargebacks. Even the ones that work with panels. So I'm not sure if you will find that but keep looking.

What are some good processors for panels?

Processor don't like working with panels, what I suggest you to do is setup like some ebooks to purchase from a website. And when they purchase, you can setup some script to auto add to their balance or add to their balance manually. That's the setup you should look into.

Thanks for your reply but I don't understand what exactly you are referring to. Are you saying that if I add a digital product that does not support refunds to the user's cart, the user will not be able to ask for a refund on the entire cart?

That's not what I'm trying to do, I'm trying to eliminate situations where the customer not being entitled to claim refund will call the bank to claim chargeback.

Theoretically: I sell an ebook and customers ask for a refund. I don't want and can't refund them after they have received the digital product. Thus, some of them (say 3%) end up calling the bank to say that they have been scammed and the bank does the chargeback.

I am looking for a solution for this.

CCBil is good for this.
Have you worked with them? What percentage of chargebacks do they allow?

I worked with them for a while, especially high-risk product but not sure about chargeback rates
Can you please check in your account what was the maximum chargeback rate for one month?

Do you sell digital or physical products?

Thank you!

First of all it really depends on the Type of Chargeback.
For example there are Chargebacks based on Fraudulent Activity. thats the worst.
There are Chargebacks based on "not as described" which is okay but still bad.
There are Chargebacks based on "not received" which can we solved and win more easily.

What is your Chargeback rate?

You'll find no reliable payment processor that meets your requirements.

Are you dropshipping?

No, I want to sell an ebook.

I understand that the only option to get rid of chargebacks is to accept multiple refunds, even if I have shipped the product.

Is it whitehat business? If yes, check Adyen; I dont know if you fulfill their requirements because big Players usually use them.

Otherwise, I can give you other recommendations based on your needs.
Let me know in this thread

Kind regards

It is an online business ebook. It depends on how processors consider this niche. It features techniques like affiliate marketing, cryptocurrency trading, etc.

Thank you!

Well, then, Adyen is too big and not the right one - you need a Payment Service Provider (PSP) supporting this.
There is a long list of those.
Most SMM panels use them; if you want - go to the SMM Section, look around for the top sellers - check their payment methods, and compare.
You will get a feeling which one might be a "good one" ;)

Kind regards,

Maybe try stating clearly no the page you're selling that a refund is not possible after the e-book has been downloaded.

Try explaining this to your payment processor as well and you should be fine.

It doesn't help. Since the customer wants to chargeback, he does.
