Let's say for example.

A relative dies (god forbid) and leaves you $30.000

All cash no tax.

You're still in a 9-5 making okay money, not having much expenses (less then 600 a month.).

How would YOU use the $30.000 to start creating wealth.

Would you invest? Would you start a certain business? Would you test a shit ton of stuff? Buy real estate? Just place it aside?

I'm interested in hearing peoples opinions on how they make money and the diversification of ideas on this forum.

Thnx for anyone who responds.

I'd invest it in dividend drip stocks get a solid 8-10% a year and let it grow. pretend you dont have it

With a budget of 30k, you have the potential to create something nice within a two-year timeframe.

My approach would involve investing in 5 or 6 different websites, gradually building them up over time.

People need to have a clear understanding of the steps needed to reach their goals after two years.

Success in this, of course, isn't simple like most things in life but with a solid plan, I'd focus on developing one major website and 4 or 5 smaller ones to generate some passive income on the side.

With a well-crafted strategy, 30k is more than enough for someone who knows what they're doing and is ready to dedicate two years of their life to achieving something significant for the future.

This is how I would approach the situation, right now - today, but I understand that we all have different perspectives.

Open 2 secured credit cards for 5k each
Spend 1-2k in tradelines to get access to a few credit lines of 20k . Once my credit report updates . Go apply for high limit cards with major banks , online lenders and dept stores..

Potentially you can have access to 20 grand or more using 7k in 30 days or less.

Next level
If your credit is good . Start a business and get yourself a no doc loan , name yourself as a personal guarantee and get at least 50 grand with a new business.

Boom turned that into 70k in less than 2 months.

Really depends where you live.

A good investment would be to get out of paying rent, that is achieved by owning your home. Long term this would be the best investment that you can do with such an amount.

I'd invest it all in high dividend paying stocks.

What real estate are you getting with 30k? Even in 'poor' countries an underground parking spot in your building is starting to cost $20K
Tax lien properties ,, or use your newly found capital to put down on a property you really want

Good start Budget To getting started as Casino affiliate

Invest in adversiting and make Profit

But thats still a Bit risky

Or Maybe Buy some ETF

Here in India, fixed deposits with big banks pay 6.5% per annum as interest.

I would create one with them.

Since I am quite risk averse.

If I've got that money, I will surely make my own business.

I would buy 3 ETH, let's say that's $9,000.
Then I would buy 60 SLOs, that's $9,000.

With another 2,000 I would buy BTC

Then I would spend 5,000 on my education or ways to improve my work quality.
And 5,000 in cash.

In EU the laws for consumers may be different but the banks operate the sake, they want to loan you money, the want to give you credit because they make more money back over a period of time. I'm sure if you get on YouTube and do a little research you can adjust my plan to your benefit .

But if you have a credit score whether good or bad you will be able to make money with some time put in

Donate it to the less fortunate lol. But you do you friend. :)
