It wasn't you who made the deposit, it was the user you scammed out of that $500.
We are not a wallet for exchanging funds in a transaction, we are a service for issuing virtual cards and paying for advertising with them.
And we will not allow to spoil our reputation, on which we have worked for several years, such cases.

We will refund the money to the user who made the deposit, just like our rules say
Alright guys so I am opening a dispute thread for this once I figure out how to share larger files but meanwhile I want to breakdown this funny character.
First of all, this user is in fact the AWS acct seller named Deleted member 153927. He is a scammer, he scammed me for a 10k acct he sold me a week or so ago. But he delivered it initially, convinced me he was giving me vcc’s to get more AWS accts , and once I put $520 into brocard for him to do the vcc’s for us he removed me from the group, blocked me on telegram and wiped our chat followed by somehow hijacking the AWS acct back - I clearly missed the Gmail forwarder or something. Of course like a typical scammer he unblocked me now so he can say he never blocked me and I’m a liar lol .
Anyway today I woke up to brocard telling me they spoke with him and he said I loaded his acct as a payment for an AWS account along with fake telegram screenshots and fake bhw screenshot. He messed up in 2 spots :
1) I called bluff on his telegram screenshot so I told brocard to ask him to make a mobile screen recording going to telegram and opening the chat and showing my user. He didn’t do this because he doctored the screenshot.
2) I called bluff on his pm screenshot from bhw. Reason being, he crossed off the username in the screenshot , and I know I didn’t actually have a pm convo with him. Furthermore the screenshot he sent showed the join date of the user which he used to make the fake pm (the user was this FPV2013), and it didn’t match mine.
I sent video proof of everything I had as supporting evidence while Mr. Deleted member 153927 the scammer said to brocard that he refuses to send video recordings. Why? Because he’s a full blown scammer and he probably can’t get a computer good enough to do the video editing he needs to complete in order to further his lie.
Mrbrocard has been in telegram chats with Mr. Deleted member 153927 about this $500 dispute, and just now awarded the funds to me after Deleted member 153927 showed that he was too scared to make a video recording. This is further proof that Deleted member 153927 is also FPV2013. So he has multiple accounts here to scam people and when he doesn’t get his way like a little baby he tries to destroy an innocent business like this.
MrBroCard showed their true colors today by siding with honesty and common sense upon logic. An innocent man doesn’t mind to do anything he has to do to prove his innocence. Editing out usernames in a screenshot and refusing to make a screen recording are just 2 of many things you did wrong Deleted member 153927. The 3rd and most important thing is that you picked the wrong guy to try this with

If you want to withdraw funds from our service, you will be able to create a support ticket. Withdrawal period is up to 3 weeks (usually it turns out much faster).
In case you have no pending transactions, you will be refunded within a few days.
So you will not need our help here on the forum.
