He's probably a scammer - he can't provide proof of what he's selling.

I can't show the whole correspondence because he deleted it and I had to restart my telegram - but still this person after I asked to provide me with proof that he has a Usa account for rent - he sent me screenshots of a Gong Kong account - 2024 and then immediately said let's do everything through a guarantor - as far as I understand he was hoping that I would be too lazy to go to a guarantor and I would transfer money to him - but still after that he started threatening, deleted 90% of the correspondence and blocked me - screenshots are all that's left.
