You accepted our Terms and Conditions, then you proceeded to order and sent phishing emails pretending to be someone else. That's an abuse on our SMTP server and hosting provider (they too will get us banned). Your sending activity was illegal so your account was flagged by our automatic spam filter algorithm for compliance review. It is permanently deactivated unfortunately.
PS: cold email does not necessary have to be scam. And it shouldn't be.

I tried to order an SMTP from you but the payment did not go through, although I tgried paying from two different banks.
I tried to order once again and now in my dashboard I can see the orders that I don't need. I wanted to cancel these orders, leaving only one that I want to buy, but there is an error and I can't cancel the order.
