Nutra offers especially from clickbank, have very high CPC as they have low barrier to entry which causes extreme competition. almost everyone is just using same lander, ad copy, etc. and just copying each other this results in low quality ads becoming one of the reason for high CPC. it is very hard if not impossible to get CPC lower. Maybe try nutra offers from other niche instead of weight loss or diabetes, comparatively CPC should be lower with them.
