bro im just waiting for everyone to post their btc address
whats the issue?
I have yet to see proof of any refund.

You have 8 hours to start showing proof or I'm going to have to ban you.

Stop procrastinating and act and do it fast as, although I am a patient man, I'm not allowing you to drag this out like a trawling net.

@BassTrackerBoats this is another stall tactic. I am very well versed in crypto. You cannot "bundle" transactions together to save fees. Each time you send crypto, it requires a separate transaction that needs its own transaction fee. This guy is making your entire dispute resolution system look like a complete farce.

This GooogleDev guy has his posts displaying his external contact info (i.e. Telegram) plastered all over the BHW forum and is just buying time to suck in additional victims. Why don't you try this: completely hide all of his posts on BHW except for this open dispute. I guarantee you his communication in this dispute resolution will completely ceases thereafter, because there would be no incentive for him to stall anymore.

Please chill and allow me to manage this dispute.

Strangely enough, I have a clue as to how to handle this.

This is Coinbase bundling transactions across all its users, not a single user (in this case GooogleDev) bundling multiple transactions from his own account. It makes no difference whether he sends multiple transactions immediately together or days apart.

Proof of Contact: he only has contact by telegram and BHW (in the forum if he comments on posts on telegram he is always busy)

Summary of Dispute:
He contacted @GoogleDev as he offers cloaking services and google campaign manager in all niches on June 29th, a payment of 300 USD was agreed the first month and he would do all the assured that after the payment he would set everything up in 1 to 2 hours and after that he would be given access to VPS to verify, and since then I haven't gotten a single proof that the job is done, it just gives excuses and delays, not a single screenshot or VPS access It seems that he only wants time to continue stealing, 6 days have passed since the payment was made and I only get excuses to not get any proof that he already made the payment, he assured that on July 3 it was approved and should start working and it was not.

Evidence of the Issue:
What you hope to gain from this Dispute Resolution: I hope to receive the product that was purchased or my refund as soon as possible.

You have not delivered my order, it has been a week since payment was made to you

i had the same with him

I have the same concern. We have paid $800 for running ads, but it has been 5 days with almost no reply only quick replies like: yes going to do, sorry for delay. just keep replying really slow to make it longer.
he is playing games I think so. this is conversation after payment just ask whole time RDP but never got it.

He is only buying time as soon as you ask him for proof he stops answering.

Hey, I have also same problem. I paid 200$ for google ads services but I get nothing. He said ads will be running up to 2-3h but it has been more than 2 days but there is no ads or anything. Here is my proofs. I can give more proofs if needed.

Bro, to receive the money you respond quickly to everyone and to do your job you always have delays, I have not obtained a single proof in a week that you have worked on my order.

We have the same problem from our end. It's sad to see that someone who is so active on the forum is facing these issues.

Sorry for the delay, but when will things get done? We paid $800 and haven't received a single proof that he worked on our order. When we ask for it, we don't get any proof. It's 6 days after payment and he told us everything would be live in a day!

I have asked for a refund and sent my ETH address to him. We're not going to spend a lot of energy on chasing him every day. We will wait for the refund of $800 and expect it in 24 hours!

Yes, the three of us are replying now, but I don't want to guess how many people he is selling the servers to right now. when selling he replied in 1 second.

A week later, has anyone had a response like this?

I came across this dispute as I plan to open my own dispute against GooogleDev. He needs to be addressed ASAP, who knows how many other people he is stealing from

Summary of Dispute::
This user has countless other similar posts scattered across BHW and needs to be removed/hidden ASAP. I am not the only 1 opening a complaint against him (https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/dispute-craking-v-gooogledev.1613911/). The longer his posts remain live, the more people are going to get scammed. My complaint is nearly identical to the other open complaint against him. After receiving payment, he fails to deliver on the service (cloaked Google Ads), constantly comes up with excuses, and then ultimately stops communication.

Evidence of the Issue::

What you hope to gain from this Dispute Resolution::
I paid $300 for his supposed cloaked Google Ads service. At this point I just want a refund

Same issue for me unfortunately. 1k USDt sent last Monday with promised action on the same day. Nothing happened, I chased the next day and he said sorry will get on it now. Nothing again then on the Wednesday he said "ad just waiting for approval", I login on Thursday and see nothing has happened. Apologies and intentions to complete until Friday where I asked for a refund. Nothing since then, but looks at my messages. Will post the evidence tomorrow when I'm back at my desk.

He only bought more time to continue stealing.

There will be no refund. We have been waiting for more than 3 days for a refund, and there have been multiple issues. Promises like "I will do this tomorrow" or "sorry for the delay, I will do this over X time" are simply time-buying tactics.

there been multiple promises from the beginning how more time you get with your Tatic how more sales you can make between the time.

I think this situation is really clear guys! how often he said "let me do it" sorry for delay just count it. @Craking @B3rnieM4doff

here again a prove 3 days ago he should refund me 3 days later still not.

I think the situation is clear: @BassTrackerBoats I have added a screenshot where got promised to get refund 3days later still not.
from the other victims you see as well the whole time they got things promised but didn't got it "time buying"

I'm owed $300.

TGCigH8BPHJYyyDHTg76EG8jd66aXonrot

You owe me $200

Could you attach proof that the funds are being credited or are you not yet in the office?

Hello, @GooogleDev more than 48 hours have passed and all this is more than evident...

I also try to be patient, it's hard to believe that it takes so long for a wallet to transfer that money.

Coinbase doesn't even allow purchase of TRON and by extension, USDT (TRC-20)

This appears to be true....

I wanted to bring to your attention a few concerns regarding unfulfilled promises. It has been noted that there have been multiple instances where commitments were made but not followed through. For example, about 10 days ago, a refund was promised, but it has yet to be processed. Additionally, there were assurances that certain campaigns were live, which turned out not to be the case.

Given this pattern, I am hesitant to provide my wallet number again as it seems unlikely that the refund will be issued. I have also observed that at least five other individuals have experienced similar issues with unmet promises. also with google ads... just time stretch

it takes already more than 10 days on the form to work things out. what are you exactly working out?
this post is by the way 8 days ago.

Don't supply your wallet and definitely get no refund then.

Another day of stalling...

Maybe he is in a country where funds have to be driven to the nearest village by oxen and cart, an 8 day trek through the wilderness full of dangers. I pray that GooogleDev took enough supplies and did not die of Dysentry or from attacks by savage natives.

You simply send the refunds as you promised to the addresses that your victims listed in this post.

For example I am owed $300 and here is my TRC-20 address:

@BassTrackerBoats it's time to ban this clown

Y

Yup, USDC on SOL is supposed on Coinbase. Why don't go go ahead and use that lmao.

Send my $300 refund to 5LV6dkDM2U5tzangFDErAGPLKmWRkKmUN9W16yMhd5rv

Lets do this

This place is a scammers play ground. Nice 2k pay day with 0 loss or route for compensation.

Post his IP BassTrackerBoats let us serve some street justice.

Kind of mind boggling how this guy was able to drag out this process for 2 weeks when it was so clear to all parties that this guy is scamming. $147/year buys you a Jr. VIP tag which can then be used to promote scam services throughout this forum with no repercussions.

"This place is a scammers play ground" agreed. Why not implement an escrow service on BHW? I'm sure the ads on the site and membership dues can more than pay for it. The increase in trust would be well worth the cost.

Stop complaining and posting content that takes away from me being able to handle this.

There is absolutely no need for you to continue to say things like, "it was so clear to all parties that this guy is scamming." as that is an absolute and an assumption.

Escrow wouldn't really help. The main problem for a lot of these transactions is they are dealing with stuff that violates the TOS of large companies, so even if people use their real names and paypal accounts for trading, it's super easy for either side to scam because well what are you gonna do, call the police?

The age old phrase is still true. Trust no one. Assume everyone is an AI bot, or at minimum, a filthy peasant from a peasant land where $10 feeds their wife and 100 goats for a year trying to scam you, thus totally worth the minimal effort/outlay.

Crypto-based escrow, perhaps even facilitated by smart contracts or at least an impartial middle-man sponsored by BHW. I agree, Trad-Fi based escrow would not work here.

There is a reason Lambo is not on the TV and BMW is.

Apply this to your questions.

Life is risk. You can get your own account and pay legally for it, but you all choose to pay less.

Some get scammed sooner, some later, decisions you made are yours to carry.

The ways you choose to send money are yours to carry.

If you want to see the change, create it.

Make your due diligence, don't buy from new / under 200 posts users, never buy from non jr. vip, get recommendations, communicate via bhw's pm system, try to choose a seller who accepts pp or cc (even if you pay with crypto).
This is not 100% bulletproof but its very close.
