I wanted to bring to your attention a few concerns regarding unfulfilled promises. It has been noted that there have been multiple instances where commitments were made but not followed through. For example, about 10 days ago, a refund was promised, but it has yet to be processed. Additionally, there were assurances that certain campaigns were live, which turned out not to be the case.

Given this pattern, I am hesitant to provide my wallet number again as it seems unlikely that the refund will be issued. I have also observed that at least five other individuals have experienced similar issues with unmet promises. also with google ads... just time stretch

Don't supply your wallet and definitely get no refund then.
 
Maybe he is in a country where funds have to be driven to the nearest village by oxen and cart, an 8 day trek through the wilderness full of dangers. I pray that GooogleDev took enough supplies and did not die of Dysentry or from attacks by savage natives.

You simply send the refunds as you promised to the addresses that your victims listed in this post.
