Proof of Contact: he only has contact by telegram and BHW (in the forum if he comments on posts on telegram he is always busy)

Summary of Dispute:
He contacted @GoogleDev as he offers cloaking services and google campaign manager in all niches on June 29th, a payment of 300 USD was agreed the first month and he would do all the assured that after the payment he would set everything up in 1 to 2 hours and after that he would be given access to VPS to verify, and since then I haven't gotten a single proof that the job is done, it just gives excuses and delays, not a single screenshot or VPS access It seems that he only wants time to continue stealing, 6 days have passed since the payment was made and I only get excuses to not get any proof that he already made the payment, he assured that on July 3 it was approved and should start working and it was not.

Information For The Accused
@GooogleDev, you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter

I have the same concern. We have paid $800 for running ads, but it has been 5 days with almost no reply only quick replies like: yes going to do, sorry for delay. just keep replying really slow to make it longer.
he is playing games I think so. this is conversation after payment just ask whole time RDP but never got it.

Hey, I have also same problem. I paid 200$ for google ads services but I get nothing. He said ads will be running up to 2-3h but it has been more than 2 days but there is no ads or anything. Here is my proofs. I can give more proofs if needed.

We have the same problem from our end. It's sad to see that someone who is so active on the forum is facing these issues.

Sorry for the delay, but when will things get done? We paid $800 and haven't received a single proof that he worked on our order. When we ask for it, we don't get any proof. It's 6 days after payment and he told us everything would be live in a day!

I have asked for a refund and sent my ETH address to him. We're not going to spend a lot of energy on chasing him every day. We will wait for the refund of $800 and expect it in 24 hours!

Yes, the three of us are replying now, but I don't want to guess how many people he is selling the servers to right now. when selling he replied in 1 second.

Please do not ask them to violate the rules.
 
I came across this dispute as I plan to open my own dispute against GooogleDev. He needs to be addressed ASAP, who knows how many other people he is stealing from

Summary of Dispute::
This user has countless other similar posts scattered across BHW and needs to be removed/hidden ASAP. I am not the only 1 opening a complaint against him (https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/dispute-craking-v-gooogledev.1613911/). The longer his posts remain live, the more people are going to get scammed. My complaint is nearly identical to the other open complaint against him. After receiving payment, he fails to deliver on the service (cloaked Google Ads), constantly comes up with excuses, and then ultimately stops communication.

What you hope to gain from this Dispute Resolution::
I paid $300 for his supposed cloaked Google Ads service. At this point I just want a refund

Same issue for me unfortunately. 1k USDt sent last Monday with promised action on the same day. Nothing happened, I chased the next day and he said sorry will get on it now. Nothing again then on the Wednesday he said "ad just waiting for approval", I login on Thursday and see nothing has happened. Apologies and intentions to complete until Friday where I asked for a refund. Nothing since then, but looks at my messages. Will post the evidence tomorrow when I'm back at my desk.
