I’m looking for mobile rotating proxies with api link. Also I have a question,

Shouldn’t the mobile proxies be same country and the registered IP country of the ig accounts?

Yes. Example: If the IG account was registered in US, the proxies should be from US. If you buy and account created under an Australian IP, and you will administrate it under a Germany IP, that account may be at the risk to be banned.

Yes definitely from the same country as the registered country. An alternative could be to use Static ISP proxies which have a similar quality to mobile proxies.
