My site is down and Namecheap cant find the solution.

Noticed that my site is down from morning and I immediately contacted them. But its been 3 hours and till now they cant identify the issue or a solution.

As for the issue itself, according to techs, the domain.com domain is signed with DNSSEC, but DNSSEC is not supported with Hosting NSes.
It is required to either remove DNSSEC or switch to other nameservers.
This case falls into the area of responsibility of the Domains department. Please let me transfer this chat to the representative who will assist you better with your particular request.

not making sense to me. it was working better for 3 weeks and all of a suddent this issue ? and it took 3 hours to find it ?

its not showing up. They are saying now that dns propagation is not complete. if i use VPN, i can see the website otherwise not. its been 7-8 hours now.

Purchase a VPS. Root access. You will get it in 20$ (4GB RAM). Namecheap is good for Domain name. Not For Hosting

curious, what kind of control paner were used in namecheap? is it just cPanel?

also, did you happens to do anything with dnssec? this one is high likely to misconfigured unless you're intently doing it

Thank you all. Issue is solved now. it took 28+ hours for dns propagation in many areas. @hammadians Havent changed server yet.

Good to Know that your issue got resolved, Mate. I didn't understand this "Havent changed server yet.", This means you're on your old hosting Namecheap, haven't changed to new host I'm I right?

Namecheap provides the worst service, some kind of scamming. If you buy a domain from Namecheap and then get it rank by investing money and time, then suddenly you will get an mail that they suspend your domain, if you contact with support team they will reply that they can not fix any issue or they will disagree to provide any information about it. Then they will sell that domain in higher price. This was happened with me in real life.
