I have a feeling many complaining here have wrong expectations from the hosts. You probably expect them to fix site errors don’t you? That’s not really their job. They provide you hosting space and database if you are using shared/managed hosting. They only provide you a machine if you are buying a vps/dedi. It’s upto you when it comes to maintaining your site.
So, if you installed some caching plugin tomorrow that takes up all cpu cores and ram or have some log enabled that fills your disk space up, or do do something bad with the db like spawning a new connection for each visitor and not releasing it, it is on you, not the host. I guess the support just chooses to ignore your requests because they see nothing is wrong from their side.
You can’t host a site if you don’t know how to control/upgrade/downgrade it, and you don’t have someone who does it for you. This is what real life is. AI will only take you so far lol.
Perhaps invest your time in learning how to do what I said above. Remember, we all were there some day, so don’t be afraid to learn.
