do you guys think it's a good idea to buy an expired domain , start selling backlinks spots for cheap prices and work on the website and charge for more with time ?
Has anyone in here already done that ? can you tell me about your experience ? and what should i look into before starting this ?

If the expired domain you find has decent existing content available via archive.org etc, then you could try rebuilding the site and selling niche edits from existing pages.

Yes exactly since i already work and i have a limited budget it's more convenient for me to start with one website and build my way up.

Starting off, I'd suggest that you should specifically look into qualifying expired domains. Figuring out quality expired domains vs spammed/fake metric domains.

If I were you, I would have treated that as a money site and slowly built up on low-competition keywords in that niche. Soon when you Rank for a few keywords and start generating traffic then you can sell Guest posts at a higher price than you would in the beginning, with Zero traffic! You can also monetize that site as the traffic increases!
