is a process, it just happen give it time, on my side was the other way around I felt like trash but day by day I started to feel better, so don't worry, either or the important thing is that you take care of your mental health and stay always safe, soon you will meet a girl that will also want to form a serious relationship just be open and don't close youor hearth, as I said this things take time once you feel better you will be ready for another relationship.
