Not to generalize, but a lot of narcissist will make it look as if they are the victim, if she wanted a way out it seems like she was trying to get that without doing it herself, which requires a lot of courage and accountability.

Don’t feed into the guilt tripping, it seems that you were very respectful on how you ended things and shouldn’t feel bad about what you want for your life.

If you are looking for someone serious and you don't have that feeling with her you've done well.
I believe that you should focus on elevating your personal self after a relationship like that.
Take a 3-6 Months off the search, start living with more health and wellness and you will find someone completely different

You'd better just take care of yourself now, work, pursue your hobbies, look for inspiration and in time you'll meet someone you're passionate about
Don't look for a girl as a source of fast dopamine or just stable sex, don't trade on such trifles

Are you really that weak minded that after breaking up and being alone for day and a half, loneliness is killing you??

Why would you even break up with her if you are going to be tempted to send her a message again and why do you care what she changed her bio to. Stop stalking her and move on.

Quit gambling on forex and start learning real skills that is my advice. You are gonna regret not starting in this moment.

I would say that you probably don't have more than 18 years old or you are just really immature, so you still have time and you need to get it out of your system that you will not get rich quick.

With my age I’d like to say, there is so much in this world to experience i don’t want to say this isn’t important but, once you apply yourself out there in a career and continue to educate yourself in your field of work or studies it will pass.

If I could tell you how much time I wasted on a relationship that went nowhere to actually advancing myself in life we would sit here all day. Stay busy, keep applying yourself, there’s more out there, this will not be your last relationship nor will it be the only time something doesn’t work out, you have to learn how to navigate through these things and not let it consume you.

Keep your head up and if you felt it was right keep pushing through it.
 
The older you get, the more you will understand that the ones with the same level/mindset will attract each others. So I think spending your next few months on your health/career would be your best bet. You will miss her sometimes cuz you miss how you used to be. However, keeping yourself busy will get you through this time; and also, upgrading yourself will get you more options in the future.
You're lucky because you're a male. Since like the majority, the older you get as a man, the more options you will get, and the less options as a woman.
