I want clarify things for what happened i was hasty and anxious to get the acc after i contacted him on telegram and provided him with email address he directly make an acc for me and send me the info so i told him i will send the money but because time deference i was late one hour to send the money and its already was late in his country and i couldn’t wait so i wrote this comment in the nex day he contacted me to provide access to the acc and i apologize for writing this comment
