I do not recommend this service.
I sent approx. $10 via Bitcoin to my account and it was not credited.
I contacted customer service and they did nothing to resolve the issue (not willing to refund payment nor credit my account)
Their payment system is very difficult to use.
I would stay far away.

It's hard for me to help with this issue without your ID on SMS-Activate, hash of the transaction and screenshots of communication with the support team
You may have misunderstood them and the money is just still in transit, which is often the case with the bitcoin network
