I wonder how to approach this and on what freelancer site?

I just give the keyword with general info, guy (or girl) makes wp blog, maybe custom banners, puts all the plugins, adds some static pages, adds 15 blog posts, finish.

any idea where are reliable people for this to find?

made up my mind, Heres what i need:

Few weight loss and steroids themed WPblogs. Autoblogs that will pull in GOOD content from article dirs, associated content etc and possibly vids aswell from various sites (without much outgoing links if possible)

Each blog for a specific keywords optimized and they will be ranking satellites that link in banners and text to the money page.

If you can't do autoblogs or you think these are crap, please lecture me, then also 15 unique blog posts will do.

With theme i mean possibly adjusted theme, you have to make them look very well and add pictures and banners aswell that are spot on weight loss or steroids.

all the best plugins and optimal for seo, like all in one seo, duplicate content etc.

i want to hire 2-3 people so i can find somebody to work on in the future.

will pay 30$/blog but outstanding work should be delivered, otherwise 20$..

You must show me at least 1-2 links of blogs that you did.
