Permanently Closed Marketplace Sales Thread

I purchased 1 Google Voice login from you. I have not changed the credentials yet, and I try to login after a week since it's a fresh account i have not started using it yet, I'm just about to start using it and I see that the password and recovery email was changed 8 days ago. This account has most likely been sold to someone else. Please I want a refund or another Google Voice account. I intend to create a dispute if it's not resolved in 8hours.

Hello,
I sold the account to you two weeks ago. After account delivery you let us know that the account is working. And we have proof of it. But now you are saying that you have not given the checking account. How do you know it?

We have not changed the account password. You can say it well. After 14 days we cannot give you refund or replacement. Because we provide solution within 24 hours if there is any account login problem. But after 14 days we can't do anything because you informed us by check.

It's not up to 14 days, the account was delivered June 5, as seen in this screenshot. and the password was changed 9 days ago, which is June 9th, 4 days after sale, as seen in this screenshot. The recovery email and password was changed. Therefore the complaint has been valid for over a week now. I used the number to create a dummy company for a client, and I have not changed the password since then, how come the password has been changed?
