Hi everyone,

Is it possible to scrape / extract the emails behind reviews on Trustpilot?

If someone knows a way, that would be highly appreciated. We need it on a massive scale.

I'm pretty sure those emails will be private if they're not just on the user's profile

I don’t think people would leave reviews if their email was published.

Yup, they are private. That doesn't mean it can't be scraped.
LinkedIn works the same, and all email and phone numbers can be scraped there.

On LinkedIn they're not private, that's why you can scrape them.

Not possible.

Even if you are a page owner and you reach out to Trustpilot's CS team they will never give you any information about whose email is behind any review. That is unthinkable.

Same way BHW won't share anyone's private information or logins with you.

LinkedIn is to network.
Trustpilot is a place to leave reviews. Do you think they would be able to scape email then contact the person who left the bad review?
I think you are getting oranges and apples mixed up.

Nope, even the page code on TrustPilot doesn't contain such information

The thing about LinkedIn is that you CAN enable your email to be viewed, so the attribute should be on your page and it can be therefore scraped. Trustpilot has none of it)

If it's private then, you can't scrape them

Anything that is visible to you can be scrape, that is not the case for trustpilot emails though.

Big no, because trust pilot wants to ensure privacy and verified reviews :)

If it's private, you can't scrape them mate.

I think if you are the owner of the page, you can ask for additional info from the reviewer like their email address for the authenticity of their review

If you're a competitor that is trying to attract his opponents' unhappy customers, you can just click on the "Useful" button below their reviews to get noticed by them.
But if you're the one who got 1-star reviews... mate, you probably deserved them :P
