just a question, I am about to buy scrapebox. but, i hear this issue about one pc use only.
so basically, i can use scrapebox from only one ip. is it?or does that mean, i can install it only once and can use it on different networks?
because i will be out of country soon, so obviously my ip will be different, will it be a problem?

You can use it from thousands of IP addresses, in fact it is recommended that you use multiple IP's (i.e. proxies). The software is locked to your computer ID and the Paypal account you used to pay for Scrapebox.

If you are travelling with your laptop, no problem. You are allowed one free license transfer per month if you are working on desktop machines.
 
Found a way to filter out all non active and nofollow blogs! The stupid thing is that when I ran my test on a 2K list of blogs NONE of theme turned positive :(

*Tested it on my site and worked (I activated **************** - checked with my method and it returned positive).

I will try to find ways to do this with movable and blogengine too. Maybe I will post how
 
Phew! My head is aching and my eyeballs are throbbing, but I've FINALLY finished reading through this entire thread. Bought SB last weekend and I'm getting ready to run the heck out of it! :D

I will say three things:

  1. THANK YOU to all the members here who have taken the time to answer questions and give support to new SB users! I've probably worn out my 'thanks button' and still didn't get everyone who deserved it. Your efforts are greatly appreciated.
  2. Small rant - this thread would probably only be 1/3 to 1/2 this length if people read a bit before posting the same questions over and over and over. Seriously. </rant>
  3. Sweetfunny - I don't care if you're man, woman or beast! You do some impressive work. This software looks crazy wonderful and the support is outstanding!

Now I'm off to do a bit more reading/video watching and then get moving.

I have this issue with the Slow Commenter sometimes when I leave it running when I go to school, It hits a secure page (It is not a https:// though) and pops up a message asking if it should proceed or not and it stops Scrapebox from working completely. This should somewhat be fixed.
 
If I harvest all the good working free proxies from within scrapebox, how many keywords would they be good for harvesting urls?

I have a keyword list of 10,000 keywords, will I be able to harvest all blogengine urls in one go? Or should I break list up and say do 500 keywords in each run?

Is this for WP blogs? It would be cool if there is a way to weed out the dead ones and know if they are moderated like you can with the addon for BE.

I can't find it! ARRRRR

Wasn't there a video showing how to use the "Learning Mode" feature?

Been digging thru and can't seem to find it. (prob. right in front of my face too)

If someone finds it please link it here for my dumbass! Thanks.
 
In my new version .36 Comments spinning doesn't work. When i click Test i get the source "code" of the comment, not the spinned text.
 
Works fine for me. And as far as I know, the "spinner" was not changed since months.
If you see source code, then something with your IE is not right.
 
.37 - the same problem. When i click test i can see {blah|blah|blah}, the code of the spin, not the spinned text. I run SB on Windows 2008.
 
proxy speed check seems to not work, i set up filter to 500 ms, and proxy harvester doesn't check slow proxies, i have the same count of proxies on the list with filter set up to 500 ms and the same with 2000 ms
 
Are you doing the filter AFTER you have harvested proxies?
The filter function(s) are supposed to work after proxies are harvested.

what is this error???
2.everytime i completed harvest new url,my connection become lost but when i tried to ping (via start > accessories > run > cmd).
it will show a good response from my isp network but i cant googling and harvesting again so i need to restart my computer .
Whats the problem???
