How would you go about client acquisition for a software agency?

Hello everyone,

As a software developer, I was just planning to start my software development agency
My initial plan is to offer MVP development for anyone that may have a SAAS idea or something like that, do a bunch of content creation and speed up growth through cold outreach.

My problem is, I cant seem to find any good selling points to be able to sell my services through cold outreach.

How would you go about writing an email to pitch a general software development agency? Should I just bulk send emails to hopefully close someone?

I spent much time trying to find a niche, any suggestions on niches and their pain points (that could be solved through custom software)? Or how can I go about research to potentially find those?

There is no silver bullet in your case,
Email marketing is a slow but profitable method of marketing, 1.you need to segment your list properly
2.give them an offer thay they can't refuse that's a your selling point,give away free content
Also make sure your open ratio is more than 50 percent if it's lower than that you need to play around with your subject line or check your spam rate

been looking into email marketing, trying to learn more about, thing is I dont have any case studies right now, so I dont think it would work tbh, what would you suggest me about that?

Run ads to an offer. Have it go viral. Like those "I'm giving away free secrets to blah blah." You'll have lots of followers.

bulk emails is good but I'd have a ready short pitch in the body of my email or something like that. follow the AIDA principle if you must.
