- You can scrape channels ONLY IF the comments are available. Then you can scrape the members who have commented there.

- For groups, you can even bypass the 10k scraping limit, if the members are visible and you know how to bypass it. Otherwise scraping 10k members will be the maximum.

- if the members are hidden, you can scrape the chat for the members, IF the chat is active. Then you can even scrape hidden members.

Anyone who claims otherwise is either trying to scam or is unknowingly spreading false information.

I mean scrap members and add them into a group. I found a solution and succeed to scrap 10k members but the problem now is to add them into a group. Because most of that members can't be added to a group, like 95% or more. So finally it's a really hard work nowadays and I think telegram is working a lot against spam, successfully.

For those who are into scrapping and adding members to groups. I am doing tests adding members from csv to my group.
A lot of ID/members seems to have blocked the ability to be added in random groups. Is there a way to filter that person or it's impossible ? That's make the adding process more difficult as the telegram API detect we are trying multiple times to add members to groups and its fail.

We all know it's not possible to scrap telegram channel, most of people saying its possible are scammer. But for telegram group, it was possible to scrap few months ago, but right now in April 2024 is it still possible ? I tried few telegram group with famous scrapping tools but I never succeed, there is only only few members (less than 10) in results...I tried few group between 1k to 20k people in the group, but all failed. So : telegram group scrapp is definitly dead ?

Depends on the privacy settings of the group you want to scrape.

Without doing a request, you cant know whether the member is addable or not.
