At first it says $200 includes ad account and hidden tools.
After payment, the hidden tools require additional payment.

After the ad is approved they require a minimum payment of $2000-$5000 for the ad!
At first I was told it was $500!

SCAM

They sell you a twitter ads account to run black hat ads for 200$.

they run the black hat ad without cloaking, despite telling them to launch the ad with cloaking. the account is "Halted" immediately, so if you know twitter, you know it will be suspended in the next few hours even if you appeal.

They immediately tell you that the ad has violated twitter's terms and conditions and that you have to pay 200$ again for an account.

I request my money back seeing the unprofessionalism of this person. He refuses outright. He does not attend to other options.

PS: Before paying for the service, I asked him clearly:

i did contect the seller
after a long talk because of his bad english he did understand before i do buy any account i would like have same proofs about his accounts
i did ask for viedos of same accounts examples because a random picture with his name in the screen can do everyone
he always did ask me for 200 usd disposit for his proof/..

so if one seller ask you for 200 usd to send you a proof in a very bad english how profesonell is this service you can guess by yourself
