I am now recieving the traffic.
Most of it is without referer, but some of the visitors leak redirect.am as the referer.

If you are using this for adsense sites or to lower CTR you might want to have a PHP script checking the referer before letting it enter your website, as this leak might be suspicious.

I do not think this traffic has converted at all, but it is difficult to say as I am getting traffic from multiple sources, and have not yet implemented a script to see what traffic converts.

- How many visitors a day you are sending?
- Will be this traffic increase visible on Google Analytics (I need it for advertisers)?
- What is referrer traffic sent from - can you say from the name of referrer it is paid traffic?

Traffic to your sites has been started way back
remember it will show up as "direct traffic" and some from redirecting sites
