How feasible is this? (i need feedback please)

First of all I want to say I love this place....

Only started to devour the threads recently but there is awesome quality info in here and serious good karma radiating from the tons of people that are giving super sneaky ninja tricks....thanks a lot

I recently found a source of traffic (quite by accident) that is sending FLOODS of targeted traffic from the Phillipines at $ .01 a click. I was actually trying to sell an ebook with this traffic before I realized that no one in the Philippines can afford a $27 dollar ebook and only about 7% of the population has a credit card .....so I decided to go with a CPA offer.

This is my plan...

1. Offer to give them the ebook for free for visiting the site
2. Ask them only to to try a free toolbar and give us feedback on it (we are doing "market research")

That's it basically....now here are the facts....

• The offer is not incentivizable
• Technically i'm not requiring the toolbar download to get the ebook but I don't want to take the chance
• I plan on doing a double meta refresh so the refferer is not detectable
• I am a new publisher with this network so I don't want to raise any red flags

So this are my basic questions...

• Does this look like a feasible plan of attack?
• Is there a better way that would lower the "red flad probability"?
• Do you guys have any suggestions to this that would make it pop as I am a total BH newb (as you can see from the post count)

Don't slam the offer with traffic instantly. Ramp it up a bit more slowly over the course of a week so it looks more organic.

Don't forget that many of your visitors may be from internet cafes where a toolbar install is hard or impossible.

You want to really be sure it's quality traffic.

Most bulk traffic providers are sending click exchange users, or some other type of incentivized clickers. All that this type of traffic is good for is inflating your traffic stats. They are real people, but they're on a mission to click as many websites as possible, so they're not going to click on any of your ads. They probably won't even look at your site at all. Just wait for it to load, then close it and move on to the next site. Thats why most bulk traffic providers are adamant about your site not having popups or popunders.

If you need to inflate your stats to water down your ctr rate for your cpa or affilliate offers it will work pretty good. If you want to inflate the stats so you can get more when flipping a site it can be ok, but remember the bounce rate is close to 100%.

If you've found a traffic provider that sends real traffic that might actually take a look at your site, read the content, and maybe click through to your offers or adsense that's great.

Just remember, if all you had to do was pay a few bucks for tens of thousands of visitors, then no one would bother with SEO, or adwords, of facebook ads, or any other ppc services. I'd start with a small package to test the results before investing too much in it.

the people that are going to the site are very interested in the topic of the ebook (fanatical about the topic would be a better word)

I wouldn't worry too much if you're not actually REQUIRING it. The people who do these toolbars expect all the worst black hat tricks in the book. If you're doing something slightly greyhat, I highly doubt it will matter much.

Right on. I'd still say to start with a small amount to test. Even if it's as good a traffic source as you say, starting small gives you a chance to try out different models. When you find a way that gets a good conversion rate then start ramping it up.

Is this traffic only available targeted for just this particular niche? or can you buy traffic targeted for other niches as well?
