I've tried all the AI bots that claimed they are they BEST COPYWRITERS but they are not as good.

Good copies are like jokes, you can imitate or copy them but to come up with them requires a lot of life experience and out of the box thinking.

Your way of thinking correlates strongly with how you talk and how you talk correlates directly how your brain are wired.

of course and if I was to give only one reason why I'd say real life EXPERIENCE. AI does not have experiences and must rely on data that others have shared about their experiences. let's see AI explain how people in Gaza feel right now as opposed to a journalist on the spot, interviewing people there face to face, seeing it all for him/herself and perhaps comparing it to past events people from their country can relate to or have lived through. You can't even compare the two, it's ridiculous.

It depends on what kind of writer you are.

If you're just rewriting stuff off the Internet, AI has taken your job, and things are probably not going to go back to where they were.

If you are an expert writer in the sense that you possess specialized knowledge, like maybe you're a lawyer, a doctor, or somebody with distinct experience in a specific field, you should be fine because AI as it stands now cannot touch you.

It can only spit out generic information or best guesses.

In the case of ChatGPT, it can "hallucinate."

If you are a good editor and you have a way of convincing people with your words, you will always have a job.

Why?

AI or not, the best that AI can do for people looking for persuasive content is to give you a headstart.

It cannot push you across the finish line.

You need a flesh-and-blood human being to do that.

So yes, there will still be jobs for writers in the AI age.

But what is happening is that the market is splitting up.

The low end of the market is being reduced to zero costs due to automation.

The high end of the market, instead of going down in value, is actually becoming even more expensive because there is a flight to quality.

Think of it this way.

If AI can produce lousy-to-mid-quality copywriting, this puts all the pressure on high-quality copywriters.

There's a lot more demand for people who actually know what they're doing and can persuade with their words.

To use a fancy term, it's going to be a bifurcated market.

The commodity end of the industry.

If you're looking for $5 content on Fiverr, that's gone.

But there's still going to be a market for editing, which is the midmarket.

And there's going to be a market for expert copywriting.

I'm talking about Brian Dean-level of copywriting.

To even start such a debate, one has to understand what words really are:

The power of writing was often reserved to the elite classes on pretty much every major civilization in history, hell, even today the best writers are often working with the wealthiest, most powerful people out there: from politicians to celebrities, every major figure has a "magician" crafting words for them.

Why am I going in circles here?

You may think that some AI writer can replace a human for your monthly content quota, fair enough. But soon it will make abundantly clear that it can't think for itself. It can't come up with an unique and ingenious way of seeing things. It'll be like all those other "unique" articles that flood our timelines everywhere these days and that make sure to sound alike everyone and speak to no one in particular.

And YES:

AI content is taking over the internet. That's good news if you want to generate large quantities of dull content and maybe bank on it. However, as all things humans, only the most unique will stand out and survive the coming AIpocalypse.

Unless we reach Skynet-levels of AI, it will inevitable doom itself.
