Whacked and Shocked. TY BHW

Hello, iam a 32 year old newbie who started getting into REAL online marketing just a month ago. I own a medium size business promoting adult affiliate programs for over 2 years now and have 20 agents working. I used to make money on selling this PPS programs thru chat; but the business is DEAD now and decided to shift to this business.

Iam very glad i found this site and it 100% helps me a lot in learning the stuffs in here.

To tell you honestly, I have sleepless nights then on since i went to this site. I can't imagine the possibilites and opportunities that I can achieve.

Evenmore, i have learned to earn (i earned $400 for a month only ) in other way than SPAMMING and seducing people to sign up my affiliate program.

As for all here, I wonder if you could help me decide on what will be my initial step. As for me it is the most important part of the transition, it could either MAKE or BREAK this.

I tell you peeps, I was OVERBLOWN, WHACKED and SHOCKED about the unlimited opportunities what I can do. I have people working around me. This guys are not webmasters, or php programmers but they are knowledgable in internet programs etc.. but im sure they can help me a lot. I have about 20 people working for me.

I can't decide what to do first. Please help peeps.

It is pointless to open a thread asking people to tell you the best method to start with. There are too many different things you could do. The best you can hope for in a thread like this is to have people post random methods that are already posted in the making money forum.

My advice is to read the following threads and then start going through the threads in the making money forum to find more ideas.

This was how I started a while back. I wanted to try and do everything at once. I wanted to earn and I wanted to earn fast. I was literally losing sleep over it. But then I decided to sit and focus on a method which is within my err limited expertise and went to work. I am now seeing consistent results, I'm loving it, and it makes me all the more "hungry" for more ways to monetize my chosen method.

Now, it also looks like you already have a foot in the door: you have 20 people working for you already. Harness their potential productivity into doing the dirty work like link building, posting, etc.

$400 a month is very good for starting off. Why not use those agents you have to double your work load and increase your potential?
