What do you think is the best software for sending cold emails? Found out a bunch of them like Instantly, Atomic Mail Sender, BlackBulkMail, SendBlaster, GMonster

Please no recommendations like MailChimp, etc. it won't work, those are opt-in one's...

I would preferably like to buy a license to use the software, load as much accounts and proxies of mine as I want and use popular services like gmail, outlook, etc.

Most email software doesn't know if you're sending cold, spam, or legal emails. Its job is just to send emails through api or smtp.

So your question should be which services allow cold emailing.

If you use gmail or outlook for bulk cold emailing, they'll likely shut down your account fast. Over time, they might even block your computer, making it hard to send any emails. Outlook is especially good at catching these things because it knows a lot about windows os. If you're on a mac, it might take longer to get caught, but it'll happen eventually.

Cheers :)

Mailstand.com is good one... I've used it personally. works well.

I would highly recommend instantly, used it myself in the past, and got a few companies in a zoom call to present my services.

Instantly has a course, templates, they will warm up your emails so they don't go to spam. All you need is a domain, hosting service, and cpanel for unlimited email accounts. Set it all up and you're ready to go. Altough, you have to have everything prepared because you will start bleeding money if you don't use it to earn some kind of an income.

Do you know about how many emails did you send? Also what about the domain? You basically purchased a fresh domain, made a bunch of emails in the hosting panel, connected it to the Instantly and that's it? How many accounts were able to simultaneously send emails? Like if I add 5 domains, will all of them work simultaneously?

Hi, think about Snov io, this one is pretty good!
It's 99$ for just 10 000 emails, I think that's way too much they are asking.

I recommend Mailstand.com and sendblaster.

Bro my answer deleted, re-writing. You don't necessarily need 5 domains, that's a bit extreme. You also need to now the limits of your hosting plan - how many emails can you send? How many emails accs can you make? I just had 1 domain, hosting plan on shared servers for 5Euros a month + Instantly. Sent out roughly 20 to 50 emails per email acc, and had around 7 email accs warmed up. I didn't need such a huge of a volume.

While Instantly does cost more it offers a course, templates, email warming up, and good organizing tools. You can also check how many people opened the emails if you don't enable one setting. But the thing Is you can't make those emails look nice with pics n stuff, at least I couldn't at the time.

I have the same question looking for something that allows me input something like Gmail and ways of not getting blocked?

+1 for Sendblaster, it's one of the best in the market.
Do you know how to configure it so it sends from multiple emails simultaneously? I managed to set it up, but it only works with one email for me, so a bit slow.

I believe it was already mentioned but mailstand.com is good.
