Kids Channel is its profitable?

Hi, recently i create a youtube channel for kids and i am still grinding to get 500 subs + 3000 watch hours.
I don't know why but subscribers have been much easier than the total number of hours watched.

Does anyone also have a channel aimed at children? How much can I expect to receive after I can monetize?

My videos are between 2 and 4 minutes long, however I consider my viewing average to be very low, between 30 and 45 seconds, with only 17 to 20% watching until the end.
YouTube has done a great job sharing the video, I think a lot of it is due to the fact that it's a children's channel.
Another point that makes me doubt whether it is within the average or not is the CTR, which is around 2%.

Any suggestions for increasing viewing time?

It might be outdated but i think Kids Channels on Youtube cannot be monetized anymore?

Another issue is that 90% of views are next views.
And if you don't post videos for a few days, the channel "dies" just as older videos die.
Only the most recent videos gain views.

There was a kid reviewing toys for kids on his channel and he was highest Adsense earner in the world at that time. His most of the videos were sponsored as well.

Yee i also see that, i try it but never upload it i think my voice doesn´t help and for now i dont have money to contract anyone.
Maybe in future i contract free lancers.

I wanna try that without showing my face, unboxing kids toys.
But is a niche that you need to invest some money to start, so i will wait for this channel make some profit to invest in other niches in youtube kids.
