why i can't replay in hire a freelancer forum?

The last time I participate in a forum operating like this is like 10 years ago. I don't get used to this yet and my first reply I did quoted the whole main thread just to write my opinion. And I will keep doing that like an idiot if not read this Post. So yeah, this Post is here for a reason.
Scrolling all the way down to the bottom of the page just to write a Reply is somehow inconvenient though. I know its purpose is to prevent different people from asking the same questions, but then again, when a Post has 11+ page of reply like this, do you seriously think that everyone will have the patience to go through all of it? (Some hardcore member might do but they are rare). Again this is just an opinion. I know a lot of old members would not agree with me because they all get used to this. I might as well get used to it too, before the forum itself make any changes.

The opening post provides all the information. Remaining posts are like QnA. It is optional to read through all of them. But if someone reads all of them they will be benefited for sure.

You do not need permission to create a thread. All you need to do is, go to the sub-forum you want to create a thread and hit the 'Post Thread' button located at the top right corner of the screen.
