But now I am able to buy everything for free and the BHW is completely ad-free for me.
I don't know how but when I applied the new design to my account, I got the account password of @Diamond Damien in my INBOX and now I am acting as an admin of the forum.

Yes, that's because the new design comes with complimentary Diamond Damien account access, giving you all of the tools and abilities a Diamond Damien would have.
It's because, deep down, we're all Diamond Damien here.

Can I bring such modification without getting infractions though? The source code ought be open.

We found that the community generally does not like infractions, so there will be no infractions when the new theme is released.
