I am in YouTube Shorts HELL!!! halp me pls :')

So it's as the title suggests,

I have been stuck in a rut with Youtube shorts as of late. a year or two ago I was pretty successful with it but I guess the algos changed so much the strategy i used to use generates max 2 views a short now.

I know the content itself is good quality; voiceovers, quick transitions, HD, within a good niche, around 27 seconds, good pacing.

As far as optimising goes, I've been hearing all sorts of stuff. I used to have a full description and relevant tags, also sometimes using hashtags in the title or description. (does using #shorts even do anything?)

On another thread a guy is using no description or tags and has got $1k this month just gone? like how tf has he done that lol.

Any advice for a BHW user like me? much appreciated.

I guess a more accurate question I have is what are some things you always do when posting shorts? Like upload limit? how tf you pick ur thumbnail on shorts? decription content? title? use of hashtags? amount of normal tags? what are your strategy for these things
