Hello, for both may work as we don't block anything. We recommend Static residential proxies which are cheaper than residential rotating and in my opinion, static is better so that the IP stays the same during hunt and websites won't detect the maliciousness.

I am going to use mainly US so this is what I am really looking to gain more clarity on in terms of overall pool. Also, is 10 minutes the quickest rotation? I see other services provide per. request or manual every 1-3 minutes.
