I had a review copy from my mate @abdul784
Communication with him was very easy, I've provided my URL and 3 anchors to him and he got to work. Few days later I received my report of 12 comment backlinks. These were all non niche related blogs and generic non niche related comments. One of the backlinks was from CORNELL.EDU which is a big plus while all other domains were just some random sites. There are many OBL on some of the pages and they will pass less link juice.
What I've noticed recently from other backlinks from places like these is that they get indexed very quickly. This is probably because there are multiple SEO service providers that end up commenting there and some of them must use link indexers. All of these are good metrics domains and will send some link juice instantly. IMO they are good as some of the early foundational links just to get Google and others aware of your site and get it crawled more without your assistance.
