So I'm an intermediate programmer, I can create websites and basic automation and scraping bots, I want to monetize my skills but I have some obstecles in the way, biggest one is my slow internet connection, I live in a shitty place where I cnx speed is only 1.5 mb/s!
What would u do if you were in my position (I also have 30$ budget lol) ?

Man, you start getting passive income after you have money to make them work for you. You can't make a passive income out of nothing.

Create your service on these platforms and create a gig page for yourself. Then, copy your gig link, go to Facebook groups and find groups that are interested in services like yours. Leave your link there. Don't do it over and over in a day, that is called spam. Your FB account may got banned.

You said that you have $30. Use Fiverr ads for your gigs' advertisement on Fiverr.

Create as many gigs as you can. Be polite to people and always encourage them to contact with you on Fiverr, to tell the details of their project to you. Even tell that you can do a little discount for them.

Save up and get the best internet in your country that is originally meant for first class people in your country.
