Recently, we have faced a situation where someone has cloned our page, spreading false information and creating fictitious scenarios. Everything indicates that this action comes from someone close to us with possible resentments towards our company, causing inconvenience with our current clients.

We have already filed a complaint with Facebook for the misuse of our brand and logos. However, Facebook informs us that the process to delete the cloned page will take at least 4 weeks.

Is there a way to do it faster?

That's so long. Have you tried asking for a review service to report their page? With a huge of reports, I think Facebook may check it faster

We have filed several reports regarding intellectual property and trademark rights, including through phone calls with the Facebook Ads advisor. We have already sent our trademark registration, which was validated by the telephone advisor who recognized the cloning. Despite this, we were informed that the process will take three to four weeks, which is somewhat frustrating.

That's why I'm wondering if any of you know of a way to speed up this process on Facebook.

I guess Facebook has to make absolutely certain that the report isn't taken at face value and the page to be deleted or removed is indeed an offending page but 1 month is a long time for it. Not familiar with any faster ways to go about this outside of a compelling mass-report.
