Hi guys, I'm Greg... I'm looking for a way to make $1k in a month with a $100 budget. I only have a mobile phone with unlimited data for Internet connection. I would really appreciate any ideas, mentors or partnership. I'm looking forward to join the list of people that make it big on here. Goal is to make $1m in some years time... So yeah, thanks.

Not going to happen likely.
You could make a decent amount of money but not $1 K per month.
Start an Instagram account farm, lots of legwork but it pays and all you need is a smartphone.
It will take you likely 6 months before you see the first decent buck but if you play your cards right then that could easily be $10,000.
If you have nothing else but time and unlimited data then get a couple of extra phones.. I'd say 5 for like $500 (refurbished from Amazon for example)
Build up IG accounts with follow-unfollow and sell them. It's really that simple.

I suggest you to open YT channel and make good videos (shorts).
Learn CapCut (its awesome video editor).
YT is the "easiest" and real method to make money but of course its not so easy, it requires consistency, passion and time.
If you get views, you get monetized and paid. But among 90% of scams online: YT is 1% of the 10% legit ways to make money.

Yes. That's what I do all the time. I use these weird analogies.
So you make an Instagram account for some niche.
You grow it, so it has 10000 followers.
You sell it. It's value is higher than a brand new account because:
It's old. So like wine, people pay more because it's value increases with time. Aged account has more trust and credibility from Instagram.
It has 10000 followers. Simply it's a lot of effort to get these. Plus actions on the account build trust as the account is constantly active.
It's niche targeted. Which means people can immediately start promoting their content once they buy the account.
It all happens within time. Usually months. People don't have patience. Money they give you is supposed to let them skip this issue.
I've tried YT shorts before... Downloaded memes from Facebook and uploaded them on YouTube, also ran a meme compilation channel too. Then I also did those reddit stories YouTube channels too and I once tried using YouTube to promote an affiliate product... None really gained any traction... Highest sub I got was 89 subs on the meme channel. So, if you've got a niche or a new idea I can try out... I'd be fully open to trying them out. Thanks buddy

You forgot the main thing.. Geo's.
Accounts with US & EU followers cost way more than accounts with followers from Brazil and India (for example)
Targeting is the key, not hard at all to achieve.
If I was in the OP's position, this is what I'd do. Guaranteed money at some point.

But the Geo matters... You can't really do much if it's not the US/Canada/UK... Any ideas on how one can bypass the tiktok Geo restrictions where your account is only show to people in your locale?... Thanks

the real problem here is not the lack of budget but the lack of required skills to monetize. (inferring from the original post)
If you have a monetizable skill, I'd suggest you start a subscription service like Designjoy. $100 would be more than enough for your expenses.
