Here's the 7 step fastest way to make $1k or close to it in one month with just $100:
1. If you know how to run Facebook Ads Campaign then skip this step, and if you don't know then Go to YouTube and search for "Facebook Ads complete course".
2. Study and understand the course material for 3 days to absorb the content and learn the basics of running Facebook ads campaign.
3. Then go to meta ads library and do some research under the following keywords: Bundle, design pack, templates bundle, etc. and note what kind of digital products are being sold and for how long the ads have been running for such digital products, the longer the ads are running the profitable the product is.
4. When you have selected a product, then search Google for a similar product in PLR category. Just remember to buy the PLR product in a complete pack along with its landing pages, thank you pages,, i.e. PLR product should come with it's own website.
5. Go to any domain hosting buying site and buy a suitable domain name pertaining to your product for $10 or less if you find any discount offers in domain names buying at any site along with the web hosting on a monthly basis.
6. Upload all the content of your PLR product's site on to your hosting under your domain name, and setup your merchant account for receiving customers' payments like Paypal or 2checkout etc, and also setup the product delivery mechanism.
7. Now when your site is up and running, you can then go to Facebook ads manager and setup your first ads campaign and allocate a daily minimum suitable budget for running the ads, and start your campaign, and see the money roll in.
Notes:
(a). No need to redesign the PLR product, just launch it as it is.
(b). Run 2-3 ad blocks depending upon your target market stats to see which ad block performs better in 24-72 hours, and the one which brings in sales keep it running and stop the other ones which don't show any results.
(c). Reinvest the profit generated initially back in the ads campaign and increase the daily budget to increase the reach of the ads.
(d). Depending on your chosen market, product, and ads campaign, the best case scenario will be that you'll make $1k, and the worst case scenario will be that you'll make $200-$500 or a little more than that in Gross profit.
(e). All the above is from my own personal experience, so yes this simple method works, and mostly newbies that I know of in my social circle are making $300 and above monthly from a single product in NET Profit. Sometimes they make more when they find a hot converting product.

I have a few questions I'd appreciate help on.
1. Does this method require having a Facebook page before running ads?
2. Do you run the ads to only tier 1 countries or also other countries?
3. How do you determine what price to sell the PLR product so its a low enough price that people will want to buy, but high enough to make an ROI?
4. In your experience with this method, what is the avg CPC you should be aiming for to be profitable?
5. Do you use a separate domain for each PLR product or have one domain that is general that has different PLR products?

It is not so easy to make money here. There are various methods shared on this forum but you have to add effort and twists to make it work.

1- Yes
2- Both, and sometimes just other countries depending on the type of product.
3- By checking similar products' ads in meta ads library.
4- This you'll have to determine yourself by looking at the results of your ads in the first 24-72 hours.
5- Separate and general both can be used. General can be used when you have more than one products listed on your site so that a customer can look around and buy some more products and you can also modify your thankyou page to suggest some more products from your website.

You ask for a lot. In this world 1k is not the same as a daily job. If you can make 1k you more often than not have the potential to multiple it, thus you are asking for a lot from us to just share informaion that could make you achieve that.
Just to make you prepare and enjoy the ride, don't expect 1k per month to just be a simple journey, due to the reason stated in the beginning, make sure you actually dive into something deep enough, so you can target 1k per month with a proper and realistic mindset, not some quick-money scheme mindset, which will fail you more often than not. IM is a ride, not a race, at least when you just start.

@wimiphp the case is that making money based on public info doesn't give much understanding. Hence your learning experience will be poor.
If you start with basics and figure out what funnels are about, you get the real opportunity to connect the dots.
If you want to become a pro marketer, you need to see clear and repetitive patterns that bring the money to pockets.
You have a collection of them at some point and it's crystal clear why something does well and why it doesn't.
