Thses are not threshold account. These are prepaid accounts without any spending limit. Funds will be added to the account by the agency only. You do not need any credit card to get the account working. Agency accounts are less susceptible to suspension compared to agency accounts. The accounts also are business verified. You don't need to go through the hassle of business verification.
