I have a new account, with everything new, profile, ad account, page, and I started running the conversion 2 days ago, I'm running it for an audience that I had already validated on my last profile, which crashed and I lost everything, including pixel and account of ads, but in these 2 days my cpm is very high, R$20 and before it used to be R$6, what could it be?

  1. CHANGE YOUR CREATIVE OR YOUR COPY. If your creative hasn't
been changed yet or you haven't changed the type of format
your creative is placed in (video, single image, carousel
2. CHANGE YOUR AUDIENCE TARGETING. ...
3.FOCUS ON YOUR FACEBOOK ADS RELEVANCE SCORE TO LOWER CPM.

depending on your product. you can try changing the main image or content

If you're using "Automatic Bidding" with a high conversion focus, the algorithm might prioritize reaching users predicted to convert quickly, even if it means a higher cost.

The advertising platforms of a lot of social media platforms namely Facebook, often are based on supply and demand. If you have a narrow audience, your audience may be too specific and will drive up the price of your advertising (hence why your CPM is high)

I get like $40 CPM and I use my own video creatives. I don't know why and how to lower it. Impossible to stay profitable. Not sure why people say Facebook ads are easy.

There's honestly a lot of reasons that could be happening, so try to address those possible reasons one at a time. For now, try to adjust your audience targeting.

maybe u should change your content and images, it should be more unique and interesting, and also find ways to expand your audience target

Increasing CPM have many reasons. But as you say, have you targeted too deeply?
