PerfectPanel similar SaaS?

I have a project (not related to smm) I want to start and I need a service that has all these functionalities:

- Customer Login / Sign up
- Services List (or product list)
- New Order
- Tickets
- Funds, with different payment methods I can plug in (I don't want to pay for each order but I'd prefer to top up balance)

I only know PerfectPanel but I think there are different websites that offer these 4 functionalities.
I don't need APIs connection with providers (since all the services will be manual and the project won't be related to SMM, but will be an e-commerce).

I think it is possible by using Wordpress + Woocommerce or Shopify but I am wondering if there's a ready to use solution.

So you basically need / want to create a website where users can do requests , but ¿how you know is a new request there? You will need also like a notification or something right? If you explain more your idea I can probably help you mate.

Yes, mail notification will be enough, aren't there services that allows me to do that?
