Good day guys. I started a new site in November. The niche is health but it narrows down to a certain aspect of it. The site was doing well until the beginning of this month.

I noticed my impressions started dropping and my ranking keywords were no longer showing in SERPS. I'm thinking it got penalised by google but I don't know how to resolve it. All my post have been indexed but they are just no longer showing up in search results.

I have experience in this niche as I am a health professional myself but having to prove to Google that I know what I'm talking about is a challenge. SEO is so unreliable and knowing all your efforts could just go to waste at any time is something Google works so hard to guarantee.

I really need your suggestions on what to do. The site got approved by adsense and it has over 100 post so far.

Look likely penalised, but also good idea to check if you turned on noindex by accident, also check if it got hacked or any technical issue.

feel free to pm me the site if you want me to take a look.

What can I do to reverse it?
health is one of the toughest industries to be in. Normally, you'd need to improve your site's EEAT and authority, and you've alluded to this in your OP, so you know what to do :)

But given google's blatant SERP manipulation, I don't know what to recommend besides working on EEAT and hoping for the best, or - if you can afford it - hire someone via HAF to audit your site and suggest solutions:

Please what are the ways I can improve my EEAT?

100% hit this site

That's a hit for sure. Your site may get lucky and recover automatically but frankly speaking, a lot of sites don't.

Check Google Search Console for manual penalties. If none, it's likely an algorithm update.

compare the changes in your seo performance with the date a google update rolled out
