Why can't I register this domain ?

@hideath @TomTheCat Do you know a backorder service ? I saw nicsell but it look like this is more a auction system. I just want something where I put the domain I want and it try catch me it directly when its available, without auction

dropcatch, SnapNames & NameJet are the most commonly used,
dropcatch is the best from my experience, even with their extra identity security requirements & old UI,
just avoid godaddy, had some bad experiences trying to dropcatch with them

One thing: when I do a backorder on a domain, other peoples will see it ? Or only those who go for it exactly will see it ?
Because its sound sad for me finding nice gems, probably being one of the fews on it and being here sharing the thing to the whole world just because back order seems to be publics.
